2. What type of “Keep in touch” system do you have on a monthly basis?
3. Do you use Color Brochure’s and Post Cards for mailings? Can I see an example!
4. How many years have you been in Real Estate?
5. Are you FULL TIME or PART TIME in real estate?
6. Will you create a personalized HOME BOOK on my property (in color?)?
7. Do you have a 24 Hour Hot Line that my property will be marketed on?
8. Do you have your own Web Page? If so can I have the address?
9. Do you hold open houses?
10. How many homes do you sell in a year?
11. Do you have a receptionist? Listing Coordinator? Closing Coordinator?
12. Do you advertise in the following:
    • The Enterprise
    • The Patriot Ledger
    • Boston Herald
13. Will you supply a list of references?
